New Convergence Adult Programming

Three-part Series Begins Sept 13 & 15, 2017

Featuring the teaching ministry of communicator, author, and pastor Andy Stanley

In How To Be Rich, Andy Stanley says that most of us don't think we're rich. That’s because we worry about paying bills and wonder how we'll pay for certain large-ticket items. This makes us feel average, not rich. In fact, most of us feel anything but rich! We say to ourselves, "If I had just a little more, then I'd feel less anxious about my finances." However, the reality is that even millionaires worry about their finances, and are always wishing for a little bit more.
In How to Be Rich, Andy Stanley says, “It's not about how much you have, it's about what you do with what you have.” Exploring a key Bible verse, 1 Timothy 6:8, "Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share," Stanley challenges us to recover the heart of generosity. Just as the early Christians were known for their radical charity, we too can demonstrate the love of Christ in sharing our abundance with a world who will take notice.
