Welcome to the new Holy Cross "MEMBER PULSE" - a fully secured & personalized picture of your individual involvement at Holy Cross!

Once inside our "Member Pulse" you will have access to update & manage your personal contact information, upload family pictures, view a full picture directory of our congregation, view membership of all of the small groups and ministries in which you participate, search for a new small group, register for upcoming events, contribute online, and view your contribution records. 

Please note that directory information is restricted to members of Holy Cross, and each member has the option to restrict what (if any) information is published in the online directory. 

HOW DO I LOG IN?
All current members of Holy Cross should have received an email message with login instructions for your personal account.  Your user name is the email address that the church has on file, so each member will need a unique email address.  Please contact Debbie Page at the church office (281.633-2000 x101 or treasurer@holycrosschurch.com) if you need help with your login credentials.

IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?
Yes, all of your personal information is secured with SSL encryption.  You can identify a secure page by noting "https" in the prefix of the website address.

CAN I RESTRICT THE INFORMATION THAT IS PUBLISHED IN THE DIRECTORY?
No problem - you have complete control over what (if any) information is published in the online directory.  Remember that ONLY church members will have access to the membership directory.  From the "My Information" tab, you can elect whether or not to be included in the directory.  You can also choose to make your home address private, and choose to lock individual parts of your contact information by selecting the 'lock' icons in the "Communications" section of the page.  Finally, by using the green check marks you can choose the default phone number and email which will be displayed on the smart phone app.  Select a family member from the drop-down box in the top right corner of the page to view and update other family members.

WHAT ARE THE PICTURE SIZES?
Photos will be re-sized to a maximum of 308w x 322h pixels if the original is larger.  The original aspect ratio will be maintained so that images are not skewed!

HOW DO I MAKE ONLINE CONTRIBUTIONS?
Once you are logged in, simply click on the Giving tab to set up one time or recurring giving.  From this screen you can also view all of your historical giving records (starting with our upgrade date of 1/1/2013) - regardless of the form of your gift.  You can print your own contribution statements at any time.  Please note that any 2012 recurring giving will need to be re-established in the new system.  If this applies to you, the church treasurer will contact you individually to assist in the transition of recurring giving to the new system.

WHAT ABOUT A SMART PHONE APP?
Yes, there IS an app for that!  From your App Store, search for "Elexio Amp Wave."  The app is labeled as "My Church."  Once you install the app, enter the church's website www.holycrosschurch.com.  Your "Wave" smart phone login information is identical to your Pulse entry login.  Once inside, you will have access to the church directory where you can call, tex or email members directly from the app.  You will also see shortcuts to contact the church, and you can even donate to the church directly from your phone!

CAN I SEE THE MEMBERS OF MY SMALL GROUPS & MINISTRIES?
Yes!  From the "My Groups" and "Ministries" tabs, you will see membership list and contact information for all of the groups & ministries in which you participate.   If we are missing any of your groups or ministries, please contact the church office!

I WANT TO FIND A SMALL GROUP - WILL THIS HELP ME?
Yes!  From the "My Groups" tab, select the "Find a Group" button.  From here you can choose to view all the current groups as a list or by meeting location, and you can also filter the list for your needs (Men, Women, childcare, etc.)  

WHAT ABOUT REGISTERING FOR UPCOMING  EVENTS?
Simple!  From the "EVENTS" tab, you can view upcoming events and register your interest in participating.
